We engage with the South African Police Service (SAPS), the Directorate for Priority Crime Investigation (the Hawks) and the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) on behalf of our clients, and advise on arrests, bail proceedings, prosecutorial representations, criminal trials and related proceedings.
